2022 Multicultural Student Centers Open House
Bolton Hall 1963210 N. Maryland Ave, Milwaukee, WIUWM's Multicultural Network is hosting a takeover of the first floor of Bolton Hall. Enjoy FREE food, a DJ, a scavenger hunt, and connect with amazing campus partners.
The four centers are located on the first floor of Bolton Hall. They include:
- American Indian Student Center
- Black Student Cultural Center
- Roberto Hernández Center
- Southeast Asian American Student Center
Our staff provide multicultural support and individualized coaching. They are listed inNavigate是多cultural Student Success Coordinators (MSSCs). Undergraduate students who identify fully or partially as one or more of the following are assigned one or more MSSC coaches: African American/Black; American Indian/Alaskan Native; Hispanic/Latino/Latina/Latinx; and/or Southeast Asian (Cambodian, Hmong, Laotian, or Vietnamese).
MSSCs guidance and support throughout a student’s academic career at UWM in the following areas:
- Initial admission process
- Financial aid process
- Connections to campus and community resources
- Career exploration and planning
- Advocacy
- Celebrations of student successes
